I have been in the real estate industry for 18 years, having made the shift from my corporate life in 2005. With a background in advertising and marketing, I had the perfect foundation for being a successful listing agent. My formal education, training in sales and negotiation, plus my prior experience as a Regional Sales Manager for a national company and Creative Director for an advertising design studio, gave me the ability to be both analytical and creative. My skill with understanding the value of a property through rigorous analysis, combined with my understanding of how to market a home to a wider audience, is key to helping my clients achieve their goals. Real Estate has given me the opportunity to make a tangible difference in people's lives as they go through some of life's most important transitions. I take this responsibility very seriously, understanding that we are helping people with both emotional and financial decisions and in the process, changing lives.
A North Carolina native, my husband and I have lived in Columbia, SC for almost 40 years. I enjoy spending my non-real estate hours with friends and family engaged in a variety of activities, mainly around food and wine. A confessed ""Foodie"" I love trying new things. My favorite TV show is ""Chopped"". I'm also an avid dog lover and rescuer. We currently have 3 rescues, a Mini Schnauzer, a Terrier mix, and a Chihuahua.
